No. The 7-day Pro trial starts automatically when you create your account. No credit card or payment information is required. At the end of 7 days your account simply reverts to the Free tier unless you choose to upgrade.
Your account automatically drops to the Free tier. Your workout history and data are preserved — you just lose access to Pro-only features like auto-fill, unlimited history, Big 3 graphs, and progress photos. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to restore access.
Yes. Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
Yes. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. Your workout history stays intact. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
Local leaderboards are gym-specific — they show rankings for members of a particular gym. They are free for users and paid for by the gym ($20/month). Global leaderboards rank all G.O. users worldwide and are a Pro feature.

AI coaching is coming soon. We will notify all users through the app when it becomes available. The Free and Pro tiers remain fully functional in the meantime.
